Refund Policy
- Requests for a registration fee refund must be made in writing and emailed to the PSO-HNS Secretariat on or before November 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
- No refund or transfer request will be entertained after this deadline.
- Approved refunds will be issued via check or in cash after the convention.
